Dear Asia IAMS friends and Colleagues, Greetings from Seoul Korea. I hope this email finds you well in the midst of a global pandemic. My name is Bokyoung Park, the Asia IAMS presentative and vice President of IAMS. I am writing this email to let you know that IAMS will be hosting a Pan-Asia International Conference from June 25-26, 2021. The theme of this year's conference is "500 year of Christianity Revisiting the Faith to Move Forward". The event is co-hosted by the Theology and Religious Education Department of De La Salle University in the Philippines in celebration of the 500th year since Christianity entered into the Philippines. So far, the confirmed plenary speakers are Professor Peter C. Phan (Georgetown University, USA) ,Dr. Jose Rhommel Hernandez (De La Salle University, Philippines) and Prof. Atola Longkumer (Leonard Theological Seminary, India). Due to the pandemic, the conference will be hosted virtually and there is no registration fee. After the conference, there will be peer reviewed publication opportunities in various academic journals. If you would like to present your paper in the conference, I encourage you to submit your abstract as soon as possible. The deadline to submitting your abstract (250 to 500 words) is February 28, 2021. You can find more information about the conference here.
